I agree with this statement.
ReplyDeleteI believe that violence is bad. Christians don't believe in War unless it's a "Holy War". That's ok because it's for God and God is nice.
I agree with this statement because situations in a country can get serious enough to start a war, Sometimes its the only thing to do.
ReplyDeleteBut i disagree with too much violence in a war or generally in sorting a serious problem out. Negotiations or peace talks could be a solution.
I agree with the statement as everyone will have different opinions, so it's common for disagreement among countries, once a situation gets serious theres no doubt violence is going to happen. However I don't agree with violence so war should be a last resort (like just war rules say).
ReplyDeleteI agree with this statement beacuse sometimes in a country the disagreement can become too serious and the only way to sort it, is violence. However i think violence is the wrong way to go about it, like the just war rules say. I think it should be the last resort.
ReplyDeleteAs Christians believe, violence and war should always be declared by a legitimate authority as a last resort, however various debates have argued, such as the debate concerning the Gulf War, that war was necessary in order to bring a sense of peace and prosperity to the people.
ReplyDeleteI agree with this statement because sometimes war is the only option after all else has failed, christians would agree that sometimes was is needed but only if it is a holy war. I also agree this should be the last option after everything else has failed. Try reasoning and speaking peacefully with another country first and should this not progress, violence should be used as a last resort.
ReplyDeleteI agree with this statement because war can be avoided and instead be substituted with economic sanctions and diplomatic talks. Often in history however; personal gain, ambition and difference in belief and opinion have created divides between many nations and peoples, causing inevitable bloody conflict ever since the dawn of man.
ReplyDeletei agree with the statement because war is voilent and people die for no reason and christians also belive war is bad unless it is just war theory or holy war.
ReplyDeletei agree with this statement as in some cases it a war may lead to a good thing. i do believe it should be the last resort but in some situations war is the only option to resolve it. i personally believe violence isnt a good thing but if theres a positive out come then it could be the best thing, there just could be better options.
ReplyDeleteI disagree with this statement. Violence doesn’t always have to be the only solution. They should avoid it by thinking ahead and deciding what compromises can be offered to the opposing country. If all else fails, it doesn’t mean that the country should give up and resort to violence. They should try harder as war always ends up with innocent lives being lost because of their corrupt government.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the statement, violence can be the only thing that will be bold enough to sort out a disagreement and the only thing some people will listen to. I think a war has to be justified and violence should be the last resort as someone will always end up getting hurt. A christian would only think war was right if it was a holy war and can be justified.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the statement because sometimes problems can't always be resolved by just peace talks or other peaceful ways. Sometimes war however can be avoided, Christians also agree with this and believe that war should only go ahead if it is a 'Holy War' or a 'Just War'.

I believe that war should be avoided if possible but understand that it is not always possible; due to either political or religious disagreements. The majority of Christians would agree with my opinion as they believe that war should not happen at all costs, especially as war causes destruction to 'God's Creation.' Although other Christians believe war would be acceptable if there are 'justifiable reasons' or if it was fought on behalf of God.

Yeah, i agree with this statement. Sometimes force is the only way, but i reckon all the other options should be taken up before going to war, war shoul be the last resort
ReplyDeleteCobe Davies
I agree with the statement because if you start a war in different countries there would be a great chaos to the area and innocent people would be killed, but i think war is the only last option for governments to decide and without war nothing would change. For example world war one and two when Hitler made the Jewish people suffer and Britain and America saved them because of the war. Many christians believe it is extremely bad because there would be a lot of killing in the world unless it is just war theory or holy war.

ReplyDeleteI agree with this statement as I think that violence is wrong and that it should'nt happen. Christians don't believe in war. The only war that Christians believe is the 'Holy War'.
violence should only be used as a last resort, if no negotiation or anything can be made. it also says this in the war rules.
ReplyDeletei agree with the statement because war in some situations is the only way to settle an argument, but war should only be the case when everything else has failed.
ReplyDeleteI agree with the statement, though I believe that all Countries and Governments try to avoid war as it isn't the most convenient solution to have. But if all other options are not agreed upon then war is the only solution left, and should be the last solution to any problem.
ReplyDeletei agree with this statement because if a country attacks us then we will need to defend ourselves. it should only be the last option that a government should use. Ryan Watson
ReplyDeleteI agree with this statement because sometimes war is the only solution after negotiations and compromises with the opposing country. However it should be the last resort because the innocent lives are being lost.
ReplyDeletei agree with the statement because i think sometimes to get peace you must go through war like world war 2 but some war can be avoid if some country could talk Will O'Hara
ReplyDeleteI agree with this statement, because I believe that war is sometimes the only solution to bring back peace to a country. However war must be the last solution to bring back peace.
ReplyDeletei agree with the statement because i think that war can be avoided as people get killed for no reason and i believe that war and violence is wrong and shouldnt be used unless it has to be.
ReplyDeletei agree with this statment, i think you that countries should try and avoid war. and only turn to it,if its the last resort. violence is wrong and should try and sort the problems by having peace talks?
ReplyDeletejess dabhade
i think that volilce can be the answer because there are lots of angry people in the world looking for revenge on countries and or goverments because they have stolen there land money or resorses sometimes war is un ovideable because there are lots and lots of terroists groups looking to get what they want from the goverment
ReplyDeletei agree with thjis statement
i agree with this statment, i think war can be avoided but i also think you should turn to war if its the last resort to bring peace.
ReplyDeleteI agree with this statement because i think countries should try to avoid viloence nad war as it is a very dangerous thing
